Could you please elaborate on the role and responsibilities of the GIS experts in the study team?

The requirement of having GIS experts in the team with the described expertise is one of the selection criteria (page 28, point 4.2, criterion B7 of the tender specification). These criteria must be fulfilled by the tenderers and express the necessary capacities of the tenderer that are needed for a successful fulfilment of the contract. However the "organisation of the work and resources" is 2nd award criterion (page 29, point 4.3 of the tender specification). Award criteria express the requirements based on that the Contracting Authority will assess the tender. It is therefore up to the tenderer to elaborate in the tender on the role and responsibilities of the GIS experts in the study team.
