IP rights of the current solution
Does the Agency have all of the intellectual property rights for the current solution, web parts, and applications? If not, will the new provider be paid for resolving any issues that arise, if the current provider does not give the permission to use the source code, web parts or applications?

- The Agency has the source code and the IP rights of all the current tailored solution, web parts and applications. - If one of the services ordered will include resolving an issue, and if the source code related to this will not be available, then the contractor will need to develop a new source code with the same functionalities.
