On the basis that we are being asked to provide one single price for the entire project and which we all appreciate is being made pre-brexit, taking into account that our calculations are based on todays GBP to Euros exchange rate, plus at this stage we do not know what implications could affect this project going cross boarder. How and when would the EBA consider the impacts of Brexit (should that happen) be a significant variance to the position and the facts available to us today and allow a revision discussion to be made.

As stated in the tender specifications and draft contract, price revision is not applicable to this contract.
