Question on the case study on Lot2
The contractor is requested to support DG GROW in the development of an accelerated action plan that will be executed over a 24 month-month period. The statement of work (p. 57) proposes an indicative workload on an "indicative time frame of 24 months". As lot 2 aims at "supporting strategic, economic and market uptake aspects of the European Space programmes", and not specifically at supporting programmes & policies implementation as for lot 1, we would like to clarify if the proposal should also include an additional phase (on the top of the action plan development) where the contractor will support the implementation of the action plan over the 24-month period.

The lot 2 scenario objective is to demonstrate how the bidders can support DG GROW and provide assistance to the development and adoption of downstream applications. It has established a list with the minimal components that the bidders must include in the action plan it will propose. The contractor must fulfill the minimum components mentioned and it is free to propose others that might consider adequate, taking into account the tasks described on page 7 and 8 of the tender specs and what is required on the scenario.
