Dear Sir, Dear Madam, Please note that, during the final stage of the preparation of the tender documents, the contracting Authority has evaluated the current and local circumstances, and has concluded NOT to reconsider the modalities to submit the request to participate. So, it is confirmed that candidates shall submit the request to participate in compliancy with the modalities indicated in the letter of invitation to participate. Regards,
