As we understand, there is a strong need to have a machine learning component in the current solution, could you please clarify the following: • Is there any tool, platform, used to train and apply the classifier? If so, which one? • What kind of training algorithms have been used to train the classifier? • Would it be possible to share the technical documentation regarding this component?
