Dear Miss, Dear Sir. Please refer point 3. "Contacts during the procurement procedure". of the document 'Invitation to participate'. As provided for in point 3.1.: Before the time-limit for receipt of requests to participate: Any additional information including that referred to above will be published on the TED e-Tendering website indicated above. The website will be updated regularly and it is the economic operator's or the candidate's responsibility to check for updates and modifications during the submission. In addition, (see point 3.3 Evaluation phase): in duly justified cases, the e-mail address indicated in the request to participate form will be used to contact the candidate. It is the responsibility of the candidate to regularly consult the e-mails received. Regards
