In the tender document (EN-07-05 GRIDBOC Technical specifications Lot 2.pdf) figure 1 is shown the laboratory Scada. Is the laboratory SCADA outside the scope of supply? If the Scada is outside the scope of supply, what is the protocol for exchanging data?

This supply does not include the SCADA system. The communication protocols supported by our SCADA system are DNP or IEC based protocols (in either serial or IP links).
