Should all members of the consortium provide evidence of economic and financial capacity (banks statements and balance sheets) or such documentation evidence is only necessary for the coordinator of the consortium?

The evidence of economic and financial capacity shall be provided by the Coordinator and all members of the consortium, however, it is not required for subcontractors if the services they provide represents less than 20 % of the contract value.
