In section “2.7.2 - Evaluation of the provided documents” of the specifications the first bullet of award 3 refers to the “proposed organisation of the work processes”. a) Does this refer to the processes for the management of the FWC (e.g. request management) or the technical processes (e.g. evolutions, maintenance)? b) Our understanding is that what will be evaluated under this bullet is only the processes. The team structure will be evaluated under the second bullet. Please confirm or clarify.
