Travel expenses
How should reimbursable expenses (e.g. travel to Brussels) be presented in the financial proposal? In the relevant section of the ToR these are marked as 'Not Applicable'?

Tenderers may propose fixed prices for travels (to Brussels) in the financial proposal (Section Five: Financial proposal, page 38, row "Other" of the table concerning the financial proposal). These fixed prices will be paid provided the contractor attends the meetings related to travels.
