In selection criterion 3, it is requested to provide 10 contracts. This number of contracts is considered as the minimum or the maximum number of contracts that the Tenderer should provide?

Please note that because this selection criteria raised many questions, we are going to publish an updated version of tender specifications with improved wording. a) All profiles provided by a tenderer count if they are mentioned in a contract, framework or specific. b) 90% profile coverage must be per contract. c) The contracting authority would like to verify that a tenderer is able to deliver the required services multiple times with the same profiles.
