1) Could you please indicate in which of the following sections of the Administrative part of the tender Annex IV should be included? Section 1 - Memorandum and articles of association Section 2 - Supporting documents relating to the exclusion criteria Section 3 - Supporting documents relating to the selection criteria 2)Could you please confirm that in case of a joint tender only the leader is to submit Annex IV - Financial identification form?

1) Annex IV should be included in Section 3 (Selection criteria) of the "Administrative" part. 2) Annex IV is to be filled in only by the authorised representative of the group of operators submitting the tender.
