Reference for suitable evidence
In relation to the answer provided for question 9 stating: "projects can be read as studies, reports, substantial publications". When submitting a published book as evidence would a letter of recommendation from a publisher suffice (in place of a letter of a certificate of satisfactory execution)? Does a publisher count as an appropriate third party?
