Team composition for Module 1
EN-Annex B.02 Tender Specifications “REQ_14. Considering all the Module 1 support processes, the tenderers shall specify in their offer the “team composition” and the approach that they intend to apply to fulfil the SLA as specified in REQ_21 for each level of support: level 0 (web site), level 1 (1st line support), level 2 (2nd line support), and level 3 (3rd line support).” Question: We understand that we are allowed to propose the profiles that we deem necessary for the provision of Module 1 services. Our team composition is not bound by the profiles listed in REQ_55 (which applies only to Module 2). Please confirm or clarify.

It is confirmed that for module 1 you may propose an adequate team composition, and that you are not bound by the team composition which applies to Module 2.
