The rest of the time must be allocated for work on project sites or in local project offices in Sub-Saharan Africa. “ Are the project sites and local project offices those of the local project promoters?

It is the responsibility of the Consultant to provide suitable working conditions to its staff for the performance of their tasks. Promoters are not expected to provide office space to the experts.
