There are two deadlines defined for this grant: 1.) according to the grant documents is the time limit for receipt of tenders: 15/12/2020 2.) according to the eSubmission portal is the deadline for submission: 08/12/2020 16:00:59 UTC+01:00. Which one ist correct? Thank you for the clarification.

We can confirm that the deadline for submission of tenders is 15/12/2020 16:00:59 UTC+01:00, and that it should now be right in eSubmission. We would like to remind you that this is a procurement procedure, not a grant procedure, and it will result in the signature of a framework service contract.
