All deliverables under this contract are to be provided in English. The only exception is the summary and abstract of the Draft Final Report which “will include an abstract of no more than 200 words as well as an executive summary, including the conclusions and recommendations, of not more than five pages; both the abstract and the executive summary shall be in English and French” (excerpt from the Technical Specifications). Please refer to section I.3 "Reports and documents" of the Technical Specifications.
