Could you confirm in view of all our previous questions that EFSA is conscious that it has designed and deliberately wants to implement a penalty system that foresees disproportionate and arbitrary financial sanctions based on equivocal definitions, a system that condemns the future framework contract to a premature termination, for it is economically not viable?
