With reference to section “3.2.3. Technical and Professional Capacity” of the Tender Specifications, in order to pass the selection phase, Tenderers need to submit as evidence “Proof of 3 relevant references to projects with a short description detailing the Methodologies/tools/operating systems/hardware/software involved (maximum of 1 A4-pages, font Times New Roman, size 12) with annex of signed reference letter by client.” We understand that Tenderers are requested to provide at least 3 references. Additional references may be proposed by Tenderers in order to demonstrate their capacity in the field of the contract. Please confirm that our understanding is correct.
