Question regarding the award criteria
Dear Sir/Madam, Do we understand correctly that for the evaluation the communication strategy will be counted twice, i.e. as part of the “Quality of the proposed methodology” under Task II as well as the “Quality of the proposed communication strategy”? (p.15 in the tender specifications)

Dear Madam, Thank you for your interest in the call for tenders "Mobility scheme for artists and/or culture professionals". Further to your question, we confirm that according to the award criteria of this tender, we will assess the quality of the communication strategy of the offer as a whole ( page 15), and also the specific communication strategy of the Task II as mentioned section 2.4.2 part C. "Design and implementation of a communication and information strategy as well as a methodology for the dissemination and valorisation of results". Your sincerly, DG EAC
