Dear Sirs, 1. Do we correctly understand that the contractor does not need to arrange travel and hotel accommodation for the local participants to the 20 national training events described under task 1? Does the contracting authority assume that the training venues will be provided by beneficiaries of training sessions in the host countries, or does it request tenderers to budget for this?

The Contractor will need to arrange and pay for both travel and hotel accommodation for the participants. The Contractor will need to budget for training venues.
