3.2.2. Economic and financial capacity
Dear Jrc, with reference to the administrative annex paragraph "3.2.2. Economic and financial capacity" and Criterion F1 Lot 1, 2, 3, 4 the minimum level of capacity (average yearly turnover of the last two financial years) is it to be understood as referring to the maintenance activities of each single lot or to the overall turnover of the economic operator? The criterion F1 refers to the minimum turnover the tenderer has to have in order to submit an offer for the respective lot.
