Economic and Financial Capacity
The tenderer is requested to enclose copies of financial statements of the previous two years. In Italy the financial statement for 2015 has to be produced by 30 April, after the time limit for receipt tenders. We therefore ask if you can submit the financial statements for the years 2013 and 2014. In the case of submission of guarantees from third parties (such as parent company), which documents must be submitted? And in what form (eg availment contract)? Thank you in advance for your reply
