Deadline for questions
In the invitation letter, it states: "Requests for additional information received less than six working days before the closing date for submission of tenders will not be processed (for practical reasons)" while in the TOR p. 39, it reads: "The offers for this Contract shall be submitted following the rules set out in the Invitation. Any questions regarding the tender shall be submitted not later than 5 working days before the required date of submission". Could you specify up to what date (and time) requests for clarifications could be sent? Is it 27th May EOB?
