Annex 1a (Part 1 – Media Monitoring) lists 7 types of metadata to be delivered with each media item, and 4 to be delivered with each item from core sources. Are all these types of metadata mandatory for the simulated press/audio-visual review, and if so, in what way should they be included? The sample summary only includes 8 types of metadata and seems to indicate that the metadata should be placed immediately above each summary.

The metadata for the simulation should precede the summaries in it. The metadata is divided in general and media type dependent. The example given if for a summary from print media
