Financial proposal form of the SRF - problems in the visualisation of the subtotals

Tenderers are requested to fill in the financial proposal form of the SRF (13.4 Annex I tender Specification). However that form is protected and it doesn't allow us to enlarge the columns thus doesn't allow to visualise certain amounts (for instance, if we fill in section 1 then the subtotals at row 21 appear to be unreadable : "#######"). The same with regard to the subtotals referring to interpreters (point 2, part B). This way the financial proposal cannot be presented . Could you please provide a form which allows us to modify the size of the columns? Se requieren que el contratista debería rellenar el formulario de la oferta financiero de SRF (13.4 Anexo I Especificaciones del tender). Sin embargo, el formulario esta protegido y no nos permitir enfocar las columnas (no podemos entonces ver algunas cuantidades, por ejemplo si metemos sección 1, entonces los subtotales in fila 21 no salen: "#######). Lo mismo con los subtotales de los interpretes (punto 2, parte B). Esto significa que asi no se puede presentar la oferta financiera. Nos puede facilitar el formulario para modificar ello?

In the new version of the Financial proposal your observation is taken into account. En la nueva versión de la Propuesta financiera su observación se ha tomado en cuenta.
