ITIL Foundation Certifications
According to the Tender Specifications (page 13) “1. All contractor’s consultants working for ECDC need to have at minimum an ITIL foundation certification.” Please clarify whether the consultants must be in the possession of the required ITIL Certification: (i) at the time of submitting the tender, or (ii) at the time the Framework Contract enters into force.
