Is it possible to join the tender as subcontractor in Lot.2 call? Our company provides only a service for the antibiotic resistance gene analysis using the SmartChip system-qPCR array method as mentioned in Muurinen et al. (2017). We can arrange the transport of DNA samples from the tender which will do the microbial community analysis to our Lab service in Helsinki, Finland.

Yes, subcontracting is allowed. Please see § 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of the Administrative Annex.
