Kind reminder of a question sent on 23/8 Could you explain how the following sentence (part of the question) should be understood: "What requirements have to be provided by the EP to enable this split?" 1. Do "requirements" refer to "requirements specifications" that should be provided by the EP? 2. Do those requirements refer to e.g. technical requirements made by the contractor and that have to be met to allow for off-site work (e.g. remote access) 2b (added on 11/9) Do those requirements refer to the Request for offer and associated contract statement of work describing the requested services? 3. If none of the above, could you please explain and give examples? 4. "... to enable this split": who decides on the split? Is it the EP or the contractor? (added on 11/9): please specify or explain.
