The aim of this call for tenders is to engage in a contract with a company that can provide JRC Seville with the required support and expertise while fully implementing the applicable Spanish Law, and particularly those references mentioned in the publication. These are Spanish local, regional and national regulations, technical documents, work instructions and texts with legal value in general, which are only available in Spanish. Therefore a very specific "know how" about them is required. This is the reason why the tender documents are currently only available in the Spanish language. I hope this clarifies the background of this call for tenders. Replying to the request for clarification: 1- Please confirm whether you still require an English translation of the tender documents. 2- Languages in which tenders or requests to participate may be submitted are indicated in point IV.2.4 of the contract Notice. English language is among them.
