How to submit the proposal ? by sending it to which e-mail ?
Dear Madam / Sir, Please confirm the method to submit the proposal(s) for this tender. Is it in electronic format sent to the: eib-cpcm-procurement@eib.org address ? Which are the supported document format(s)? Thank you very much for the clarification of this matter.

The Tenders must be submitted as per clause 11 Submission of tenders of the ITT in hard copies to the EIB Luxembourg. The electronic version of the technical offer and of the financial offer must be included with the printed versions in the dedicated separate envelope. If there are any discrepancies between the electronic version and the original, printed version, the latter has precedence.
