Will all 6 selected contractors, be invited to submit an offer for all specific requests for service foreseen under this Framework Contract?

Yes, all the contractors will be invited to submit a tender when launching a request of services. As stated in section 4.1.2.3 “When a User Service wishes to procure services under the Framework Contract, it will send all the Contractors a request for services per registered mail and e-mail.”
