Your question: Submission can also be carried out by a laboratory university in partnership with a research institute? Cedefop answer: It is up to each tenderer to determine whether they wish to enter into a partnership with another entity (consortium/subcontracting). Regarding the requirements involving joint tender/subcontracting, please refer to sections 3 and 4 of the Tender Specifications as well as to the relevant annexes required.
