Financial identification form supporting documents
Page 11 of the Technical Specifications describes the requirements for the financial identification documentation: “Financial identification The tenderer (single tenderer or consortium leader in case of joint tender) must provide a Financial Identification Form and supporting documents.” Page 11. In the etendering manuals, there is no description of exactly what supporting documents to the financial identification are required. Thus, is it safe to assume that “supporting documents” mentioned on page 11 is a general reference to documents mentioned in other parts of the e-submission procedure? (for example, annex 3 – simplified profit loss, balance sheets etc.)

No, for the supporting documents to the Financial Identification Form, please see footnote 5 of the form, where it is mentioned that if a recent bank statement is provided, the bank stamp and signature are not required.
