The description reads "For each offered persons there shall be attached the following documents: CV, Statement of Intent, Statement of Compliancy presented in forms displayed in appendixes to the TOR". Are we correct in understanding that the Statement of Intent does only apply for freelancers and not for employees, as it is the company that decides to which project(s) its staff members are assigned? Please confirm.

The requirement to submit the Statement of Intent applies for each individual included in the proposal, including employees.
