Exercise locations
Is it correct to assume that currently it has not yet been decided on exercise locations (and thus participating Member States)?

Yes, so far the location for the exercises have not been decided upon. Based on the previous 3 exercises (Portugal-Lisbon, Czech Republic-Prague, Austria-Vienna) it can be assumed that the exercises will be run in or close to the exercising pMS’ capital.
