Criteria relating to the tenders (Page 7): It is mentioned that "tenderer must prove that he carried out at least 3 independent analyses of full Life Cycle Assessment studies carried out as peer reviewer"
The presentation of 3 peer reviews of journal articles about full LCA assessment will meet the criteria?

Peer reviews of journal articles about full LCA assessment is not sufficient to meet the criteria you quote from p.7 of the technical annex. Tenderers must have carried out at least 3 independent analyses of full Life Cycle Assessment studies as a peer reviewer.
