The list of deliverables on p24/25 of the tender specifications includes - inter alia - an item: "BEST strategies at the appropriate level- local, national, regional, international - for all the EU Outermost Regions and Overseas Countries and Territories". The number of BEST strategies depends on the composition which will be chosen. Examples for possible compositions: 7 regional BEST strategies OR X regional and X national and X local BEST strategies OR etc ...
