The outcome of the study to a certain extent depends on the capabilities of the future commercial hardware equipments. How do you expect should the supplier incorporate this aspect the study? Can you elaborate on this?

Whilst it is rather difficult to anticipate how the future commercial hardware equipment will look like in 5 or 10 years, some forecasts on future equipment can be made on the basis of currently available Wireless Technology Standards and their possible evolution.
