Criteria 3
With regards to the requirements of the tutor panel, criteria 3 (pg 38 of the ITT) states that “tutors will either be employees of the national competent authorities or will have professional experience in the professional domain in the private sector on a national or international level”. Please can you clarify what it meant by the term “professional domain”? Does this mean the domain of health and food safety or the domain of audit and internal audit?

The term "professional domain" refers to audit and internal audit in food safety.
