Annual workload
Can you provide any rough estimation of the expected estimated annual workload? Can you provide us with historical data on the average resolution time for tickets in the 1st and 2nd/3rd levels?

ECDC will not give additional information on addition to 2.2.3.3 on the number of changes to handle, the work description in 2.2.4.1 and 2.2.4.2 on the work including the incident and requests number and the work estimates in 2.2.5.5. The average resolution times is varying over the period, so the average will not give any valuable information.
