Tender Chapter 1.1.2.Duties and tasks, point a) Sates "a.Taking as starting point the Opinion7 on Surveillance issued by the European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies (EGE)" but foot note 7 says that Opinion n.27 is expected to be released early 2014. How can we take it into consideration for the proposal?

As European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies (EGE) Opinion 7 on Surveillance will only be released early 2014 it is not expected that the tenderer discusses this report in his/her proposal. It is only required from the tenderer to consider it as one of the starting points for the work to be performed under the task in reference
