Technical Specifications to LOT 3
On the 6th page there is the sentence: "For brand names indicated in the Technical Specifications, fully equivalent objects are accepted only if the contractor provides evidence of the equivalence (as per its offer)." What does the brand names mean? Thank you in advance!
