Clarification of Question 17
If a Consortium assigns the legal capacity to the representative of the Group Leader in the power of attorney (Written undertaking third entities Model A), is that sufficient or does the representative need to be formally listed in the Consortium Group Leader's trade register?

It is sufficient for presenting a tender, as far as the authorised representatives of all the participating entities to the tendering group actually signed the said model A.
