Conference venue
In Annex 1 to the Services Contract – Part 2 Technical specifications, sub-section 2.2.3 – Category C: Services, you mention conference rooms pre-booked by the JRC staff at the Regina Palace hotel. Could you please confirm that 7 conference rooms are booked for the symposium and indicate which ones they are, for the plenary sessions and the breakout sessions?
