Point 5.3.3 a. tender specifications. The client's reference should evidence the technical and professional capacity. A signed satisfaction survey should indicate the name of the respective client. It should indicate the date of performance of the contract and the subject of the contract. It should specify whether the services/supply have been carried out in a professional manner in compliance with the contractual terms.
