Evidence A1 period clarification
In the Tender Specifications document section 4.2.4a in page 18, the following is written: "The project references indicated below consist in a list of relevant services provided in the past three years, with the sums, dates and clients, public or privale, accompanied by statements issued by the clients." While in Criterion A1 evidence is written: "the tenderer must provide references for 5 projects delivered in these fields in the last five years with a minimum value for eahc project of €120.000". Therefore, we would like to clarify if the 5 project references withing criterion A1 should be delivered in the last 3 or 5 years.

For Criterion A1 the requirement set out in Evidence A1 applies. Accordingly, the last 5 years is the period within which the evidence listed in A1 should be provided as a minimum. That means that the tenderer must provide evidences for five projects delivered in the last five years with a minimum value of 120.000 EUR for each project. These projects must relate to the fields listed under Criterion A1. The chapeau of section 4.2.4 is corrected to read as follows: Tenderers (in case of a joint tender the combined capacity of all members of the group and identified subcontractors) must comply with the criteria listed below. The project references indicated below consist in a list of relevant services provided during the requested time period, with the sums, dates and clients, public or private, accompanied by statements issued by the clients.
