The tender specification does not go into detail about what means "The Audiovisual Portal is going to use when requesting stored content from the cdn". Please can you explain it?

As described in the Tender Specifications, point 2.3.3 - Content Delivery Network (CDN), the Audiovisual Portal uses HTTPS protocol to access the content stored in the CDN. See Tender Specifications Lot III
