Section 2.2.3.1 requests that tenderers shall limit their technical offer to a maximum of 60 DIN A4 pages. Please confirm our understanding that this limitation applies to exactly the number of pages conforming to the chapters constituted by the very numbering and the headings of the award criteria, as stipulated in that same section – however excludes any typical “overhead pages” such as Table of Contents, Abbreviations, Annexe, etc.
